Growing Vero cells are supplied in cell culture tubes ready for use in clinical virology for the detection and isolation of viruses in clinical samples. Susceptible to a wide range of viruses including polio, rubella, arboviruses and reoviruses.

Sub Culture Routine
Cell lines supplied growing in tubes are designed for single use only. Subculture is not required. On arrival incubate tubes overnight at 37C; 5%CO2. Examine cells microscopically for attachment before use.
